TEACHER TRAINING :: SPEAKERS | SCHEDULE | REGISTRATION

We plan to use WebEx technology for our online teacher training conference. All that is needed is a computer with high-speed internet connection and speakers. All talks will be live, real-time with audio.

The entire left side of the screen is a whiteboard on which the speaker can put notes, art, maps, PowerPoint slides, web sites and other visual aids that are relevant to the talk. On the right side of the screen both the participant list and chat box are visible. During any question and answer time attendees will be able to type a question for the speaker to read and then respond to.

We use this technology extensively for our online courses. It works reliably and is quite easy to use with a wide range of browsers and computer systems. Prior to the conference registered attendees will receive an email with simple instructions for how to log in and attend.
